1) Redemption: UKA Digital Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) can only be redeemed at UKA Restaurant, Hollywood. They cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account unless required by law.
2) Validity: Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to any service fees for non-use.
3) Purchase: Gift Cards can be purchased through our secure portal, powered by Toast. Payment can be made via credit/debit card. Gift Cards are sent electronically to the purchaser or designated recipient.
4) Limitations: Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. They are not reloadable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
5) Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

7) Limitation of Liability: UKA and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Card.
8) Disputes: Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Gift Cards will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of California, in which the UKA restaurant is located.
9) Modification: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in our discretion.
